Information on Emergency Social Services Emergency Social Services (ESS) are set up at the Resiliency Centre at Boitanio Mall. Hours are 10 am - 4 pm and even if you're not sure if you need to visit ESS, please do so. They are there to help and to answer any questions you may have.
